We make every effort to get orders placed by 1:00 eastern time out the same day. If all items are not in stock you will receive a partial shipment with a list of any items missing. If you have only ordered one item and it is out of stock you will be notified by phone or email. You are only charged once for shipping. You should receive an email from UPS when your order ships.
